Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the studio, build, copy, leave. Your draft autosaves to your own browser’s local storage, so you can come back tomorrow and edit, still without an account.
Will my signature work in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail?
Yes. Every template is table-based HTML with inline CSS, the only markup all major clients render consistently. The studio also previews dark mode and blocked images, and a nine-point compatibility check flags anything risky before you copy.
Is my data stored on your servers?
There are no servers to store it on. The generator is a static page: your details are processed in your browser and saved only to your device. Close the tab and we know exactly as much about you as before: nothing. Details in the privacy policy.
Can I add my company logo or a photo?
Yes, two ways. Paste a hosted https image URL (the most compatible option, and the right one for Gmail) or upload a file, which is resized and embedded locally. The compatibility check explains which method suits which client, honestly.
